5. It's 6 cloves of minced garlic.
6. It's 1/2 cup of white wine.
7. Prepare 2 pounds of baby spinach leaves.

10. Prepare 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.

1. In a large pot sauté the Italian sausage (remove from casing), breaking up the pieces as they brown.......
